AccessoriesFLASHINGS + GUTTERS At Phoenix like the profiled sheeting all flashings and gutters can be made to order. However with flashings such as barge boards and ridge capping we keep a high stock which are 200 x 200 wide. All flashings are in lengths of 2.400 long lengths or 3.000 long if needed. With the flashings you also have the option of having the edges welted. This is where the edge of the flashing is folded back on itself giving it more strength and an overall better look. Gutter prices vary on different sizes and gauges of material. A price can be given on request from one of our sales team. A guide of all the flashings that we have to follow is below and are available in our whole colour range.
FIXINGS + FASTENINGS At Phoenix we have a high quality range of tek fixings to offer. Each fixing has an 8mm hexagon head with a watersafe washer and a colour coded cap to finish off the job. Fixings come in various sizes and in bags of 100. Wood Fixings - Used for fixings to wooden batterns. Light Metal Fixings - Used for lighter gauge steel such as Z purlins. (.7 - 4mm thick) Heavy Metal Fixings - Used for Heavier gauge steel such as angle iron. (.4mm - 12mm thick) Stitchers - used for fixing metal to meatl such as flashings to sheets. Stitchers are available in 22mm. All other fixings available in 32mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm. Larger fixings can be supplied on request.
FOAMFILLS We keep a large stock of foamfillers made to suit all of our standard profile including Box Profile (33/1000, 26/1000), 3" Corrugated and our Phoenix Steels Traditional Tile Form. These fillers are made of a close cell cross linked polyethylene and are available in packs of 5 (1 pack = 5 sheets) with each filler split in two (ridge and eaves)
